As a personal yoga instructor and birth doula in the Colorado community, I am passionate about your goals and your unique journey. I have received a number of certifications that will help me in guiding and supporting you along your path, whether that is for your upcoming birth or your personal yoga practice. It would be an honor to work with you and to help you find a deeper connection between your mind, body, and spirit.
Kayla is a great yoga instructor. From the very beginning I could tell she was passionate about the benefits of yoga. She put me at ease from the very beginning, explaining everything clearly. As your personal yoga instructor my philosophy is simple. Your body, shape, and size should never inhibit you from growing and experiencing a whole body, mind, and spirit connection. Anybody can find a routine that is fun, engaging, and helps you become aware of who you are inside and out.

As your personal birth doula my goal is simple. I want to serve both you and your partner as you travel along your unique path through birth. Providing all the informational, emotional, and physical support you need to feel confident as you embark on one of the most important journeys of your life.
It was such a wonderful experience working with Kayla! Her attention to details with the desires and wishes you have for your birth experience is great. The way she took care of me and my husband while I was in labor made it such a great experience. Her methods for keeping you comfortable and her knowledge in labor and delivery were so beneficial.
